Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full booked amount, as late cancellations prevent the time from being rebooked.
All new colour clients are required to have a patch test carried out by me before any colour service. This is to check for potential allergic reactions and to ensure your safety. Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your colour appointment, even if you have had colour treatments elsewhere in the past.
Colour services cannot be carried out without a valid patch test, and appointments may need to be rescheduled if this requirement has not been met. This policy is in place to comply with safety guidelines and to protect both you and me.
I want you to love your hair! If you’re not completely happy with your result, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment. I’m more than happy to offer a complimentary adjustment where needed.
While I don’t offer monetary refunds, I’ll always do my best to put things right. Please note that I can’t guarantee a re-do if colour or treatments have been carried out elsewhere after your appointment, or if you’ve simply changed your mind about the style or colour originally agreed.
